Prior to the 20th MTV EMAs Sunday night here at the Ziggo Dome, some of the stars in attendance walked the red carpet to loud cheers from local fans. Katy Perry, ahead of her EMA performance later in the night, drew one of the biggest cheers. She told a group of reporters that her boyfriend couldn't come with her, because he was attending another event. Miley Cyrus was the last celebrity to walk across the red carpet, drawing huge cheers. She only talked to MTV as fans continued to scream. She then posed for pictures, showing off high black-and-white boots and a short outfit that showed off her back.
